Application Process for Aviators and Flight Crews
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Irelandia family. We are attempting to set the standard for aviation services in the Metaverse, and we need exceptional personnel to accomplish that mission. We are not an RP group, but a legitimate service oriented company offering Executive Class aviation and travel services for the Blake Sea and Nautilus region of SL.
The employment process is not easy... there are many steps until you become certified to sit in the Cockpit of our luxury aircraft. We honestly believe that behind EVERY avatar, there is a REAL person waiting to explore everything that the Metaverse can offer. We want to help accomplish that goal and dream with our extraordinary services.
Pilots and Flight Crew Minimum Requirements:
1. Be age verified by Linden Labs.
2. Be a paid resident of SL, and you are applying with your primary membership avatar.
3. You must have a minimum of 180 days in Residence.
4. You must possess a minimum of 20 hours of Flight Time within the Blake Sea region.
5. Maintain membership and active use in the 119.200MHz Blake Sea ATC group.
6. Be a team player, drama (of ANY kind) is not tolerated.
Let us mention from the start... We will not have anyone disrupt or damage the reputation of this company... we have seen it too many times. If you need attention, a snazzy uniform and a reason to wear it in public, if you like testing peoples limits and pressing thier buttons, if you can not be serious when necessary and maintain a sense of professionalism, and if you can not follow instructions and established formats - then please do not bother to complete this application.
We have garnered some great friends and business connections in many areas of this Metaverse, and they have provided Irelandia with some of the most state of the art aviation systems. We have also many great friends and supporters throughout the aviation community and related services within the Blake sea region. We tell you this so that you clearly understand where we stand of this issue.
Following your initial approval into our professional Flight Training program, you will be admitted into the Flight Crew group. This group is reserved for Flight & Service Crews of the Airline. During your training you will demonstrate your superior flight skills and prove your abilities of navigation, avionics, customer service, and most importantly-- to provide the safest, discrete, and confortable travel possible.
